What are the responsibilities and job description for the Specialist Scheduling, Home Health, Part Time, First Shift position at Self Regional?
Must understand insurance prior authorization process and knowledge of CPT & ICD-10 coding required for appropriate billing of services. Primary point of contact for patients scheduled. Posts daily payments and prepares deposits when needed. Excellent customer service skills required and must be highly organized. Back up for Business Office Associate. Attention to detail required. EPIC experience a plus.
Preferred 2-year degree. High school diploma required
