Grounds Maintenance Worker
We’re looking for a hardworking and dependable Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team! The ideal candidate has experience with power tools, general maintenance, and janitorial work. If you take pride in keeping spaces clean and well-maintained, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Operate power tools and equipment, including grinders, lawnmowers, Weedwhackers, drills, saws, blowers, and more.
- Use a pressure washer for cleaning surfaces.
- Perform basic painting, including masking and prep work.
- Handle general maintenance, small repairs, and construction-related tasks.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and construction maintenance and repairs, including fixing leaks.
- Keep outdoor areas clean and well-maintained.
- Maintain a detailed daily log of work completed and submit it to management.
- Perform gardening and irrigation tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience with power tools and landscaping equipment.
- Janitorial and general maintenance experience.
- Basic painting and masking knowledge.
- Understanding of basic maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and construction repairs.
- Experience with gardening and irrigation systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must bring appropriate work attire for various weather conditions.
- Bilingual preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
