Salary Range: $15.00
Description
The parking ambassador patrols the designated parking lots and garages to identify vehicles without proper payment or permissions. Individuals that have not paid the parking fee will have their vehicle ticketed, booted or towed. The parking ambassador will also ensure the parking lot or garage is clean and free of debris.
Responsibilities
- Monitor parking spaces for vehicles who have not paid parking fees
- Utilize parking enforcement handheld and software
- Screen for hangtags and permits
- Resolve customer complaints in accordance with policies and procedures
Ensure debris in parking lot is disposed of properly
Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Work in all types of weather
- A valid driving license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work independently
- Must have your own reliable and insured vehicle
