Cashier Open Availability/ PM shift- Marriott Marco Island
Cashiers are responsible for taking customer payments, making change, and giving receipts. Depending on the location, they are responsible for operating a computer terminal or cash register. Daily Station Reports are required, which may include the incorporation of reports from the parking management system. You will perform duties directly related to offering our guests exemplary customer service. You may be required to ensure that charges are posted to guests’ rooms, track tickets & keys, and answer requests for items retrieved from cars.
- Communicate with guest
- Dealing with money
- Complete DSR (daily station reports)
- Hand out tickets (self-parking).
- Post tickets (self-parking/valet)
- Answer the telephone from guests.
- Request cars for guests
Requirements
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Above-average mathematical skills
- Ability to balance paperwork
- Prior experience as a cashier is preferred.
- Prior experience working in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Salary : $14 - $15
