AAA Parking is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our valet team at the Margaritaville Resort in Lake Tahoe. The Shift Manager will assist the Operations Manager in overseeing valet operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, adhering to company policies, and maintaining professional relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a courteous and professional demeanor
- Ensure timely and efficient valet services
- Assist guests with entering and exiting their vehicles
- Drive, park, and retrieve vehicles safely
- Support the hiring, training, and coaching of the valet team
- Assist in staffing schedules based on vehicle volume forecasts
- Maintain adherence to safety and security protocols for vehicles and keys
- Complete daily paperwork and revenue reports in line with audit compliance standards
- Provide assistance during high-profile or high-volume events
- Substitute in various roles as needed
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Assist Operations Manager in monitoring employee performance and providing feedback
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds (with accommodations)
- Exposure to moderate noise levels and airborne particles
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic proficiency in computer programs (Excel, Windows)
- 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred)
- 1 year of valet experience (preferred)
- Background check required
