Position Overview : We are seeking a talented and passionate Consumer Applications UI / UX Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the digital and physical presence of Selkirk Sport, ensuring our customers enjoy seamless and engaging interactions with our brand. You will work closely with marketing, product development, and technology teams to design user-centered experiences that align with our brand identity and goals.

Key Responsibilities :

UI / UX Design :

Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and digital tools.

Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

Collaborate with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.

Brand and Visual Design :

Develop and maintain consistent visual design standards across all digital and physical touchpoints.

Create compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing campaigns, social media, and product packaging.

Collaboration :

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, target audiences, and business objectives.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance user engagement.

Continuous Improvement :

Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of design deliverables.

Gather and analyze user feedback to refine designs and improve the user experience.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

3 years of experience in visual and UI / UX design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both visual and user experience design.

Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of HTML / CSS and front-end development basics is a plus.

Passion for sports, especially pickleball, is a bonus!
