Job Summary
As a Home Staging Assistant, you’ll work closely with our lead stager and CEO to bring designs to life. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in ensuring that every staging project is flawless—from perfectly arranged furniture to meticulously styled bedding, artwork, and accessories. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring both creativity and physical work. Responsibilities
- Assist with staging projects, ensuring every detail is photo-ready.
- Style and arrange furniture, décor, artwork, and bedding to perfection.
- Steam bedding, fluff pillows, adjust accessories, and fine-tune placements to elevate the final look.
- Help with loading/unloading inventory, moving furniture, and setting up staging installations.
- Clean and prep properties before and after staging to ensure a polished finish.
- Capture behind-the-scenes B-roll videos for social media and contribute fun content ideas.
- Assist with destaging homes and carefully packing/storing inventory.
- Collaborate with the team to pull design elements that align with the property’s aesthetic.
What We’re Looking For
- Extreme attention to detail—you notice when a pillow is slightly off or a piece of art needs adjusting!
- Passion for interior design and an eye for creating stunning spaces (formal education is a plus but not required).
- Ability to work in a physical, hands-on role (must be comfortable lifting furniture and staging items).
- A positive attitude and team-player mindset—you’ll be working closely with our designers.
- Experience or interest in social media content creation is a plus!
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time, flexible hours based on project needs. Generally M-F, 10am-3pm
- Opportunity for more hours during peak staging seasons.
- Pay based on experience, with room for growth based on performance.

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
