Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager plays a vital role in our staging process, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, efficient inventory management, and seamless coordination for home staging projects. This role involves organizing and maintaining inventory, assembling furniture, loading/unloading staging materials, and collaborating with designers to bring homes to life. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, has a keen eye for detail, and leads with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and organize warehouse inventory, including furniture, décor, and staging materials.
- Manage the receiving, storing, and dispatching of inventory for home staging projects.
- Assemble and prepare furniture and accessories for staging installations.
- Coordinate logistics for loading, unloading, and transportation of staging materials to and from homes.
- Work closely with designers to ensure smooth execution of staging projects.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to promote teamwork and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Ability to lift and move furniture and décor (up to 90 lbs).
- Experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience with furniture assembly and minor repairs.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with designers and team members.
- Leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or staging-related environment preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven setting.
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly position with room for increases based on performance.
- General hours are Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM, with flexibility for additional hours if desired.
