Sellen's Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of accounting functions within the subcontracts team. You will oversee and perform A/P subcontract oriented tasks such as reviewing and analyzing contracts, invoices, and payment disbursements. You will monitor for accuracy, completeness, and contract compliance. Along with ensuring the timely payment of approved subcontractor invoices in accordance with contract terms. This role leads 2 subcontract team members.
This position is located in our South Lake Union office in Seattle, WA. While training, you must be able to work onsite 4 days a week. Then, you may work a hybrid schedule of 2 days in office, 3 days remote. (We offer commuter benefits).
Your Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years' management experience
- 10 years' A/P accounting experience, especially in subcontracts
- High-volume construction accounting experience (preferred)
Knowledge
- Proficiency With Microsoft Office Suite
- Extensive proficiency with use of Excel
- Experience with at least one standard business accounting program

The full salary range for this position is $92,000 to $115,000. New hires typically start between $92,000 and $106,000, depending on direct professional experience and qualifications.
