The Project Manager in Special Projects provides leadership and expertise in the delivery of construction projects meeting quality, cost, and schedule requirements. The PM has the primary responsibility to ensure the successful performance of and adherence to Sellen's Project Delivery Plan and project-specific contract requirements. The PM partners with the Superintendent to build collaborative, productive, and inclusive teams with shared commitments and values.
The PM of Special Projects must have a proven track record with TIs and be familiar with this type of work.
The position is located in South Lake Union full-time.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.
AND
- 8 years' experience in construction management with progressive responsibilities and experience across a broad scope of work and project types.
KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of emerging methods in commercial construction.
- Expertise in contract and documentation practices used in commercial construction.
- Working knowledge of financial reports and financial analysis.
SKILLS
- Strong negotiation skills.

The full salary range for this position is $140,000 to $185,000. New hires typically start between $140,000 and $165,000, depending on direct professional experience and qualifications.
