Inside Sales Representative | Hybrid | Mesa, AZ

Location : Mesa, AZ (Hybrid : 3-4 days in office)

Schedule : Full-time | Flexible | Evenings & Weekends as needed

Compensation :

  • First 3 months : Base salary
  • After 3 months : 100% commission-based earnings
  • Quarterly Bonuses available

We’re expanding our Inside Sales team in Mesa, AZ , and we’re looking for a motivated, results-driven sales professional to help drive growth!

Unlike traditional sales roles, you won’t be cold calling random prospects. Instead, you’ll work with warm, inbound leads —homeowners who have already expressed interest in selling their property. We provide the leads—you take ownership of your success by building relationships and closing deals.

Who We're Looking For

We need sales closers —self-starters with a hunter mentality who thrive on phone-based sales, love talking to people, and are great at persuasion .

You Have :

  • 3-5 years of sales experience (inbound / outbound sales, phone sales, financial services, high-ticket sales, or similar industries)
  • A track record of closing deals & meeting quotas
  • A strong, persuasive, and engaging personality
  • An entrepreneurial mindset – We provide the leads, but it’s up to you to build relationships, nurture prospects, and grow your pipeline
  • Strong critical thinking skills – Can problem-solve on the spot & think outside the box
  • Ability to handle warm leads & conduct outbound calls to re-engage past prospects
  • Bonus Points For :

  • Sales experience in real estate, mortgage lending, financial services, or high-ticket sales
  • What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging with warm leads – Homeowners already interested in selling
  • Consulting with sellers , understanding their needs & positioning our services
  • Managing inbound & outbound calls , emails, and follow-ups
  • Setting up property evaluations & appointments for our external team
  • Maintaining a strong sales pipeline
  • Closing deals & earning commission based on performance
