Established in 2010, Sellercloud is a Software-as-a-Service company that provides inventory and order management solutions for internet retailers, combining a set of technologies around Innovation, Intelligence and Integration. Sellercloud has grown rapidly, with hundreds of eCommerce clients around the world now managing their inventory and sales through the company. We seek an experienced and enthusiastic individual for the role of Business Development Representative.

On this role you will be primarily responsible for driving net new business. As part of a small, but ambitious team, you will have a significant amount of autonomy and opportunity for growth. We appreciate new ideas, and out-of-the box thinking is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and effectively articulate compelling value propositions around products and services.
  • Grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities from marketing-generated and self-generated leads, and accurately forecast your business.
  • Contacting prospective customers and initiating outbound phone calls.
  • Manage the sales process through needs analysis, demonstration and contract negotiation
  • Meticulously document your actions in CRM

  • Innate interest in sales, technology
  • A self-starter with problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and business judgment
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and apply product knowledge to sales calls
  • An innate desire to help people
  • Ability to HAVE FUN and make money while doing it
  • 2-5 years of end-to-end sales experience
  • SaaS sales a big plus
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs a plus
