Job Summary
We are seeking Multimedia Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, process, and produce high-quality audio, video, animations, and interactive multimedia materials for various audiences and platforms.
- Develop engaging content that effectively communicates complex ideas and initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visuals.
- Synthesize complex information into easily understood graphics, videos, and animations tailored to diverse audiences.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ensure all multimedia content meets industry standards and client specifications.
Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance
- High School Diploma
- 7 years of experience producing military and/or government graphic design products, including short engaging videos, images, posters, infographics, and digital signage.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in multimedia production, particularly for military or government clients.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software for audio, video, and graphic design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear visuals.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience can be substituted for formal education in the fields of Graphic Design and/or Audio/Visual.
Minimum Clearance Requirement:
- Active Secret
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
