Job Description

We are seeking a Training Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid position, primarily based in Washington, DC, with flexibility for remote work from home.

Occasional on-site meetings in Dahlgren, VA will also be required. The ideal candidate must be willing and able to commute to the Dahlgren area to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in an RDT&E technical environment, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Navy ERP instructional training.
• Developand deliverERP training materials, supporting users, and ensuring effective implementation of ERP processes within Navy programs.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance, TS preferred
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in an RDT&E technical environment, with at least four years as a Navy ERP SME specializing in ERP instructional training.
• Must demonstrate strong knowledge of Navy ERP processes and the ability to effectively train and support end users.
