This role focuses on ensuring seamless operation and accessibility of digital interfaces, web portals, and associated systems while supporting cross-functional operations. The candidate will be responsible for website management, digital enhancements, administrative and technical support, and facilitating efficient use of enterprise tools and resources.Key Responsibilities : Web Portal Management : Oversee the PEO portal site, ensuring timely upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements to support operational needs. Implement improvements, perform testing, and verify updates according to schedule.Data Administration : Maintain accurate and up-to-date content on web portals and repositories, ensuring updates are posted within three working days of receipt.Digital Collaboration : Manage website access and provide administration support for government portals and information-sharing platforms.Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with PMWs to synchronize operational activities, prepare meeting documentation, and deliver reports within defined timelines.Administrative Support : Contribute to workspace improvement plans, document operational workflows, and maintain accurate records in enterprise systems such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP).Technical Oversight : Act as the Assistant Customer Technical Representative (ACTR) for NMCI or equivalent systems, managing equipment inventory, configuration databases, and resolving operational issues.Facilities and Space Management : Support facilities operations, including space utilization analysis, submission of Facilities Request Forms, and participation in Facilities Planning Boards (FPBs).Job Requirements Required Education / Certifications : Bachelor’s DegreeRequired Years of Relevant Experience : 3 years of professional experience designing digital user interfaces or websitesMinimum Security Clearance Level : SECRETTravel % : 0 - 10%Sellers and Associates, LLC is an E-Verify company and an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
