Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our dynamic team.
As a QC Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing quality control inspections and mini-cleans vehicles. You will work with experienced technicians and gain hands-on experience in various automotive systems.
Duties
- Perform routine quality control inspections on vehicles.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to carry out repairs and adjustments as needed.
- Assist in basic automotive issues through basic automotive diagnostics.
- Clean and maintain the facility which will include mopping and taking out the trash.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn best practices in vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Support heavy lifting tasks as required during vehicle servicing.
- Perform Quality Control process on completed vehicles.
- Preform Mini-Clean on customer vehicles.
- Shuttle customers and pick up parts.
Experience
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and basic automotive diagnostics is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients effectively.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.
- Previous experience as a service technician is advantageous but not required, however basic mechanical knowledge is a must.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
