Role Overview :
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and visual design of our platform. You'll take ownership of the design process, from ideation to implementation, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and impactful solutions. Your work will help users seamlessly navigate complex logistics workflows and ensure a cohesive, visually appealing experience across all products.
Key Responsibilities : Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and create robust, user-centered design solutions.Lead the end-to-end design process, including journey mapping, wireframing, high-quality UI design, prototyping, and user testing.Design user flows for the platform's web app, ensuring smooth navigation and helping users avoid dead ends.Support and enhance the design system to maintain consistency and quality across all product interfaces.Mentor junior designers, participate in design critiques, and uphold high standards of design excellence.Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product or user experience design, with a track record in both startups and larger companies.Proven ability to manage the complete design process with attention to detail, especially in collaboration with engineering teams.Strong portfolio showcasing recent, impactful work; experience with subscription-based software at the startup level is a plus.Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a rapid iterative design approach.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, and experience with collaboration tools like Jira and Notion.
