Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000 - $300,000.00 per year
3 months base pay commission. After 3 months, commission only.
Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to new incoming leads, assessing seller motivation and property potential.
- Conduct phone or in-person meetings with sellers to negotiate and secure purchase contracts.
- Build and nurture relationships with leads until they are ready to transact.
- Collaborate with the Disposition Manager to prepare resale contracts, including scheduling inspections, providing sales data, and managing price adjustments.
- Master the company’s CRM, integrating it into daily tasks, offer creation, and reporting.
- Learn and apply our in-house sales process.
- Classify and follow up on prospects based on motivation levels.
- Memorize and effectively deliver acquisition scripts with appropriate tonalities.
- Secure purchase contracts that align with company profit targets.
- Achieve your first purchase contract within the first week.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets, with minimum profit/revenue per contract.
- Attend in-person appointments with homeowners to secure contracts.
