Job Description

We are seeking a Data Visualization Specialist to join our team in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with data analysis, statistical modeling, metric development, and the implementation of innovative solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Support continuous process improvement (CPI) initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, compliance, and readiness through various projects for the customer

Job Requirements

Required Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Required Years of Relevant Experience:

• 3 years of progressive experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization, with a proven track record of driving operational improvements through advanced analytics.
• Expertise in leveraging tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, and R to create actionable insights and impactful visualizations tailored to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to define, develop, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize organizational performance.
• Deep understanding of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) and their application to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Proven ability to help with cross-functional projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments, delivering solutions that align with strategic objectives and drive measurable results.
