Sellers & Associates, LLC has an opening for a Educational Technologist to provide support services to NIWC Pacific for the Scorpion project and interface with other stakeholder organizations such as NAVWAR. The Educational Technologist will be responsible for:
• Coordinating and lead training meetings for Scorpion (both secure and non- secure) with NAVWAR and additional stakeholders, prepare and provide briefs for contractual and government review
• Conduct onsite initial and sustainment training at various sites
• Conducting tailored (abbreviated) Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) Plan to include Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA), initial, and sustained training solutions
• Attending in person meetings both secure and non-secure at local and remote military and civilian/industry facilities
• Maintaining records of training solutions, fleet and personnel feedback of training and developed solutions
• Developing and reviewing briefs, minutes, training plans and proposed training solutions for government review
