Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team.

This is a hybrid position, primarily based in Washington, DC, with flexibility for remote work from home.

Occasional on-site meetings in Dahlgren, VA will also be required. The ideal candidate must be willing and able to commute to the Dahlgren area to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct operational research and analysis management for NSWCDD, focusing on optimizing personnel, equipment, resource allocation, and financial planning.
• Responsibilities include strategic planning, forecasting, and leveraging databases to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance, TS preferred
• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in operational research and analysis management, including resource allocation, strategic planning, and database analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, word processing applications, and automated database systems is required.
