Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

Compile and review Monthly Performance Reports from all employees.
Review time/attendance with all direct reports and adjudicate all anomalies.
Review and process all subcontract invoices prior to submission to the government client.
Process all employee travel authorizations and expense reports.
Assist HR with onboarding of new employees.
Process all subcontractor task order modifications for Contract approval.
Assist employees with Visit Access Request (VAR) processing.
Track contract requirements and expenditures and identify all current requirements as well as projected costs for anticipated efforts.
Attend status meetings to discuss all issues with all PMS 340 PSS contracts.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
10 years of qualifying experience
Experience supporting Naval Special Warfare (NSW) and/or Special Operations Forces (SOF) in resourcing, acquisitions, or contract management related positions.
Experience at financial analyses and the budget and program process.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products/ services; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a related discipline
15 years of qualifying experience
PMP and/or DAWIA Level III PM

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs)
