Job Description

Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking Senior Management Analyst to join our team in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive analysis, financial tracking, and business operations support within a DoD environment, leveraging extensive experience with the Navy ERP program.
• Manage complex, time-sensitive projects involving technical and data processing tasks while maintaining effective communication across all organizational levels.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of Government data processing environments and Microsoft Suite to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance
• A minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in a DoD environment, including expertise in analysis, research data tracking, financial management, and Navy ERP program operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects independently, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly spreadsheets, and a strong understanding of Government office automation networks and word processing applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and outstanding management abilities are essential.
