Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This is a multi-dimensional role for someone who has an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You will support your agent while providing a concierge level of service to clients, making sure to maintain impeccable listing and transaction coordination for the team.
Administrative Support: You'll play a vital role in building the business by maintaining and improving existing systems, checklists, and procedures to make the office run smoothly. You'll take charge of the CRM, help it grow, and use it to support your agents by making sure they follow up with leads and clients.
Ensure seamless client transactions by providing concierge-level service. You'll be the organizational mastermind behind all the transactions, from listing appointments to closing deals. This includes preparing your agent for appointments, overseeing the process of getting a property ready for sale and marketing it, scheduling showings, helping prepare your team for open houses, getting feedback from sellers, and managing paperwork. You'll also work closely with the transaction coordinator to ensure everything goes smoothly until the deal is closed.
Marketing Assistance: You'll help market listings and manage the marketing calendar. You'll collaborate with staging companies and photographers, write attractive descriptions for properties, and make sure all marketing tasks are completed. You'll also manage social media posts and help plan client events and newsletters.

- You know your strengths are in supporting others and have 2 or more years of experience supporting a real estate agent, team, or office in a similar capacity. We are also open to those who have supported another entrepreneur and enjoy wearing multiple hats or have worked as an assistant to a top-producing loan officer.
- An active NE real estate license is preferred but not required; however, you must be willing to obtain your NE real estate license shortly after hire to support your agent, not sell real estate.
