Aerospace Quality Control Engineer
PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies, a world-class supplier of titanium components and castings for the aerospace industry, seeks a highly motivated Aerospace Quality Control Engineer to join their team.
The successful candidate will drive quality excellence through effective communication and stakeholder engagement, contributing to the company's mission to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain configuration control documentation through comprehensive contract review and blueprint/specification management.
- Manage multiple customer accounts, including OEMs and sub-tiers, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service.
- Participate in investigating and resolving customer complaints and returns, adhering to the highest quality standards.
- Act as the primary quality representative for internal and external customers, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Achieve certification for customer source inspection, including completing specialized training and certification.
- Pursue various continual improvement projects, driving innovation and operational efficiency within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
- 4 years of experience in quality assurance or a comparable discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as basic network skills and folder management.
- Able to upload and download information from various customer websites, ensuring seamless communication.
This is a full-time position requiring U.S. person status due to export regulations.
