The NDT Level III role is responsible for ensuring that Non-Destructive Testing processes and procedures meet customer requirements. The successful candidate will be accountable for evaluating and interpreting the quality of castings to meet Company and customer specifications.
Key Accountabilities:
- Establish and maintain NDT/X-Ray qualification programs for Level I, II and III NDT personnel.
- Manage qualification records, certifications and proficiency examinations and oversee required experience hours.
- Deliver training, examination and certification of personnel.
- Conduct non-destructive inspections on all components as required by NAS410, customer specifications, blueprints and work procedure requirements.
- Collaborate with quality and production teams to address production-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in NDT as a Level 2 or 1 year of experience in NDT as a Level 2 with 4-year Degree in Science or Engineering
- Previous NAS 410 Level III certification in RT or PT preferred
