Primary Purpose :

The Technical Writer position is responsible for writing, processing, and releasing Quality Management System’s internal procedures for the CPP Albany Titanium Group. This includes skillset management, running and distributing status reports on a specified frequency. In addition, this position will maintain training curriculum and complete other administrative tasks as assigned to support the training program for the Albany Titanium Group.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage and process all Quality Management documents.
• Review and process all customer, industry, and internal specifications.
• Manage the Document Control process.
• Responsible for writing, documenting, and releasing internal procedures.
• Approve vendors list and associated administrative tasks.
• Tasks involve auditing and corrective action of processes, procedures, and personnel.
• Documents Quality and Engineering processes and specifications.
• Recommends formats responsive to technical and user requirements.
• Produces products that conform to company documentation and quality assurance standards.
• Partner with third-party vendors on various projects, as needed.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and requirements.
• Maintain and support the training program by performing various administrative tasks as assigned.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.
