The NDT Level III position involves ensuring that Non-Destructive Testing processes and procedures adhere to customer requirements. The successful candidate will evaluate and interpret the quality of castings to meet Company and customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain NDT/X-Ray qualification programs for Level I, II and III NDT personnel.
- Manage qualification records, certifications and proficiency examinations and ensure adherence to required experience hours.
- Provide training, examination and certification of personnel.
- Perform non-destructive inspections on all components as required by NAS410, customer specifications, blueprints and work procedure requirements.
- Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve production-related issues.
- Ensure that quality assurance and safety procedures are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in NDT as a Level 2 or 1 year of experience in NDT as a Level 2 with 4-year Degree in Science or Engineering
- Previous NAS 410 Level III certification in RT or PT preferred
