Seltzer Group Partners offers a unique opportunity for a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to retain business.
Your primary focus will be on servicing an assigned commercial lines book of business for small business accounts, gathering information, and quoting applicable carriers through rating software. You will also prepare applications, obtain signatures, and issue policies as directed.
Responsibilities:
- Service an assigned commercial lines book of business for small business accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to retain business
- Represent the Agency in a professional, ethical, and courteous manner consistent with the Agency image
- Prepare applications, obtain signatures, and issue policies as directed
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of related commercial lines account management experience
- Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required
- Understanding of insurance coverage forms, carrier products, and company underwriting guidelines
