- Work with existing customers to review coverage, counsel on available coverage options, and retain business.
- Provide guidance to customers on coverage and policy changes, quote insurance rates, and accurately complete applications.
- Prioritize placing business with core carriers.
- Determine suitability of products for clients and provide recommendations.
- Manage account transactions, including quotations, applications, and binders for rewritten and new business.
