Farm Insurance Specialist Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Farm Insurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of farm insurance accounts and related personal and commercial policies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage farm insurance accounts and related personal and commercial policies.
- Counsel existing customers on coverage and policy changes.
- Quote insurance rates and complete applications accurately.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and attract new business.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy changes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum three years of related commercial lines account management experience; farm account experience highly desired.
- Pennsylvania property and casualty license required; life and health insurance license preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
