We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team in Highland, New York.
This is a full-time position with excellent benefits, paid holidays, and 401k match. The minimum hourly pay is $17, with a $1/hour shift differential for 2nd shift hours.

- At least 2 years of experience as a warehouse picker required
- Experience with RF scanners preferred
- Able to work independently and meet daily goals
- Ability to utilize power equipment as per licensing requirements
- Capable of frequently standing, walking, reaching within hands and arms length, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Ability to use ladders and step stools safely
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
Responsibilities:
- Pick materials accurately for job orders based on material pick lists and product requirements
- Use technology as needed to track and record transactions
- Notify management of shortages per job order
- Maintain orderly inventory with proper labels and organization
- Stock shelves in the warehouse
- Perform ERP computer transactions accurately to company policies and procedures
