Job Description
We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in 3D CAD drafting and a strong background in architectural or engineering drafting. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and generate documents and fabricate files for the shop using state-of-the-art software such as SDS2 3D drafting software and TEKLA Power Fab.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of drafters in creating accurate and efficient shop drawings
- Develop and implement drafting procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Collaborate with the shop floor team to ensure smooth production processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in engineering or architectural drafting
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
