Position: Residential Sales Executive
Office Location: Concord, NC
Work Location: Charlotte Market and Surrounding area.
Type: Full-Time
Salary: You will be on an hourly structure with uncapped commission. Estimated pay for this position will be equivalent to 70,000 – 125,000 annually.
Travel: Direct to Consumer Sales in field.

Experience: 2-3 years of outside pest control or B2C pest sales.

What You Will Do
- Manage and report sales goals, lead goals, and forecasting.
- Develop and refine Purple Pest sales strategies and standard operating procedures.
- Recruit and train recent sales team.
- Client relationship management of all salespersons.
- Market Research and Analysis.
- Adapt and Innovate Purple Pest Controls sales system.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and determine the best course of treatment.
- This may include going into attics, crawlspaces, basements, or other spaces.
- Care for and maintain company equipment, vehicles, and materials.
Experience Requirements:
- Proven success in pest control outside sales.
- Extensive knowledge of the pest control industry and familiarity with common pest management solutions.
- Ability to attract top sales talent to our organization.
- Have the drive, want and ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Exceptional networking, communication, and presentations skills.
- Strong business acumen and proficiency in sales techniques, including selling and objection management.
- Passion for driving results.
- Tech savvy and willing to learn and use the latest technology.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Must pass background and drug screening.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Weekends as needed.
