We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support Specialist to help manage our technology systems, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about technology and providing top-notch service to internal teams and external clients.
Job Overview: As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the organizations employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining the companys network, and ensuring the proper functioning of IT systems. You will work with various departments to solve technical issues, perform system upgrades, and ensure security protocols are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware/software issues, including computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Learn, manage, assist in the implementation of, and support ongoing training of various CRM systems used across the portfolio
- Install and configure hardware, software, and network systems.
- Maintain and update internal networks and servers to ensure efficient performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, networks, and other technical tools.
- Manage data backups, network security, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements when necessary.
- Keep records of IT assets and software licenses.
- Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues and new technology.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and best practices to improve internal IT systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft Suite) and networking protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 Ecosystem
- Experience with Unifi networking and infrastructure strong understanding of databases and organizational logic
- Self-starter, can work independently and as part of a team
- Eager to constantly improve your skill set and learn
