We are seeking a Corporate Attorney / Risk Manager with 15 years in construction law and litigation to lead legal strategy, manage risk, and protect our growing company. This is a high-impact, leadership role with direct influence over contracts, compliance, claims, and risk management.

✔ Experienced Construction Attorney – JD required; 15 years in construction law and litigation.
✔ Litigation & Risk Expert – Strong background in claims, disputes, contracts, arbitration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Legal & Compliance Oversight
✔ Advise on contracts, employment law, safety regulations, and corporate governance.
✔ Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, environmental, labor, and construction laws.
✔ Develop policies that reduce liability and align with SEMA’s culture.
Risk Management & Dispute Prevention
✔ Identify and mitigate risks before they escalate.
✔ Strengthen contracts, insurance provisions, and indemnity clauses.
✔ Investigate and resolve claims, disputes, and potential litigation.
Claims, Litigation & Insurance Oversight
✔ Manage construction defect claims, contract disputes, and liability cases.
✔ Serve as primary liaison with external legal counsel.
✔ Optimize insurance policies to reduce premium costs.
Corporate Strategy & Leadership
✔ Advise executives on legal risks, HR policies, and company growth.
✔ Monitor industry trends and changes in construction law.
✔ Drive a culture of accountability, efficiency, and ethical business practices.
