Specific duties:
* Set up and operate progressive headers in an assigned battery.
* Follow all procedures and work instructions.
* Check and record quality per department procedures.
* Maintain good production numbers, low scrap, and high pcs./lbs
* Keep machines and work area clean.
* Follow Safety Rules and Report Unsafe Conditions
* Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields (Specifically to Cold Heading)
* Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
* Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to read blueprints for parts
* Basic Math Skills
