Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, helping homeowners enhance their living spaces with top-tier remodeling solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Consultations & Site Visits: Meet with clients to understand their remodeling needs, assess their property, and provide expert recommendations.
• Presentations & Proposals: Develop and present detailed proposals, including project scope, timelines, and cost estimates, tailored to each client’s needs.
• Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations to close sales, overcome objections, and ensure both client satisfaction and company profitability.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth project experience.
• Project Follow-Up: Monitor project progress and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the remodeling process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and project details using the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications
• Experience: 2 years in sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or remodeling.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of remodeling products and services (kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, etc.).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Sales Ability: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Customer-Focused: Ability to build and maintain relationships while providing exceptional service.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address client concerns and offer practical solutions.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive), CRM tools, and email platforms (Gmail, Outlook).
• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
• Education: High school diploma required; a degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.
