This is an hourly position, with pay starting at $17.00/hour with opportunities for merit based wage increases.

Summary
The Dealership Support Representative is responsible for supporting the dealership in all areas and plays a key role in maintaining or creating customer satisfaction for the business transaction. The individual in this role is responsible for ensuring high quality customer service, ensuring each customer has all their questions and concerns addressed. The individual in this role will possess a calm demeanor and will demonstrate the ability to remain organized. Additionally, this individual will demonstrate excellent time management and ensure that all assigned tasks are completed daily.
Essential Duties
- Answer incoming calls and route accordingly.
- Greets customers in a pleasant and professional manner, answering all questions.
- Coordinates with porters for new & used car delivery with transport drivers.
- Pull invoices daily from Audi for incoming new units and stock in. Create deal jacket for file.
- Complete stock in on new vehicles when arrived (i.e. stock into accounting, use Keyper system to assign tags, complete PDI to be performed sheet and determine if sold, keep order of MSO's when they arrive including copies to deal jackets). File deal jacket in appropriate drawer with second key.
- Assists with used car stock ins (auction & street car purchases).
- Run credit card for sales deposits and receipt all checks and credit cards in CDK for vehicle deposits/down payments (create customer numbers in CDK if not assigned).
- Reconcile and post the service/parts/cash receipts deposit every morning, scan checks to bank daily and deposit any cash.
- Post Audi factory parts invoices daily.
- Assist with posting payable invoices daily.
- Bill out and post dealer trades and update log.
- Bill out and post wholesales and assist with updating log.
- Assist with filing MO notice of sales on wholesale and DT.
- Tagging 2nd keys from trade ins and securing in deal jacket.
- Assist with color coding files for filing system.
- File deals and invoices, copies as needed for office.
- Monitor caf area and keep stocked and clean.
- Work with all department managers and support as needed.
- Miscellaneous tasks as needed for office support.
- Manage Sam's Club weekly amenities order.
- Coordinate and monitor general office supplies.
- Oversee Audi merchandise coordinating with parts manager as needed.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Keeps work area neat and clean.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience minimum
Work Schedule:
- 11am-8pm Tues, Wed, Thurs
- 9am-6pm Friday
- 9am-5pm Saturday
