Part-Time Accounting Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced accounting individual to join our team as a Part-Time Accounting Manager in our Clermont, GA Business office.
Job Summary:
This position will lead and execute all day-to-day accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have clear goals, be detail-oriented, and have 5 years of experience in accounting, business administration, or operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize and execute day-to-day accounting functions.
- Account reconciliations and cash flow management.
- Oversight of all system input from Admin Team - A/R, A/P, Inventory.
- Daily wire transfer management.
- Monthly financial statement preparation.
- Standard business taxes such as payroll tax, sales tax, property tax, annual renewals.
- Communicate with customers and vendors on escalated issues.
- Review and improve daily processes and tasks to expedite and improve workflow.
- Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
- Provide special project assistance and miscellaneous duties as assigned by CFO.
- Support branch team.
Requirements:
- Proven passion for accounting.
- Accounting degree preferred.
- Detail-oriented and results driven.
- Experience with QuickBooks required.
- Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and Word required.
- 5 -years of experience in Accounting - Business Administration - Operations.
- Excellent verbal & written skills required.
- Self-starter who embraces learning & problem solving.
- Small-medium business experience in accounting.
- Dealership or transportation industry, inventory management is a plus.
Benefits:
- $23-$25 per hour (paid weekly).
- 4 Day work week - Tuesday - Friday.
- Hours 9-2 - 20 hours per week.
