This role will lead and execute all day-to-day accounting functions, supporting the CFO and coordinating activities with our administrative team. Key areas of responsibility include:
- Organizing and executing day-to-day accounting tasks
- Account reconciliations and cash flow management
- Oversight of system input from Admin Team - A/R, A/P, Inventory
- Daily wire transfer management
- Monthly financial statement preparation
- Standard business taxes such as payroll tax, sales tax, property tax, annual renewals
- Communication with customers and vendors on escalated issues
- Review and improvement of daily processes and tasks to expedite and improve workflow
- Providing training to new and existing staff as needed
- Support for branch team
