THE ROLE :
We are seeking a part-time, temporary Customer Service Membership Representative to assist with the renewal of annual membership for our members. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with existing members, ensuring a seamless renewal process, and addressing any membership-related inquiries.
This position is non-exempt, lasting 6 weeks, up to 20 hours per week and reports to the Director of Membership. This position will be based out of Milpitas, CA office.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Proactively reach out to member companies regarding upcoming membership renewals.
- Assist members with the renewal process and account updates.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding membership benefits, invoices, and renewal deadlines.
- Meet required number of member contact attempts to contact per shift
