We are seeking a highly accomplished, self-driven leader with a proven track record to join the onsemi's Automotive Sensing Group in San Jose, CA.
Responsibilities
- Business Development and Revenue Management
Lead customer engagement for top opportunities – driving strategic and tactical action to track and close opportunities working closely with Sales and Product Management.
Partner with the Product Management and Ecosystem Engagement teams to bring market and customer insights into the long-term roadmap planning.
Drive the overall planning for events, including annual target list and plan-of-record for each event and work with the corporate marketing staff to plan and execute events whether division only or part of a larger corporate-driven event.
Qualifications
onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $146,240.00 - $263,000.00 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and / or consideration of internal equity of our current team members. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
