Key Responsibilities :
Manage all facets of the Institute’s shared capabilities, including physical facilities, computational infrastructure, and digital twin tools. Essential duties include :
- Leading the creation and execution of contracts with shared facility owners
- Overseeing distribution and availability of shared tools and managing member access
- Determine what facilities are needed to effectively meet the institute's objectives and secure partnerships with facility owners and operators
- Supporting operational structure and provide feedback on investment roadmap
- Educating e stakeholders and potential members of shared capabilities
- Collecting and managing analytics for data-driven decisions and reporting
- Providing feedback to governing bodies as requested
- Regularly monitoring gaps and implementing improvements
- Establishing policies, best practices, and performance metrics for shared resources
