SemiGen has an opening for an Office Administrative Assistant. Working on a small high functioning team, this role will have the opportunity to impact the customer satisfaction by meeting demands and paying attention to details for incoming and outgoing materials and products.

This position would be in the office Monday- Friday.

The Office Administrative Assistant, you would serve as the face of the company by greeting, assisting and providing direction and information to clients, visitors and other guest of the organization. This role would provide a critical administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

As the Office Administrative Assistant you would be excepted to:
  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
  • Maintains security by following procedures, maintain visitor log, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Organize conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties such as filing, responding to emails, spreadsheets, forms, PDF scanning
  • Provide administrative support for management, sales and operations.
  • Maintains filing systems as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Friendly, upbeat personality
  • 2 years’ experience working in an office setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma; degree/certificate in office administration or relevant field is preferred
  • Filemaker and Docstar knowledge preferred
