- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing guidance on filing deadlines, campaign finance reporting, and election requirements.
- Maintain accurate records related to candidate filings, financial disclosures, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate candidate workshops and provide training on election procedures and campaign finance rules.
- Manage office communications, including incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems for records, reports, and documentation.

Typical Qualifications
- Knowledge and care of standard office equipment.

- Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Must be a registered voter in the State of Florida prior to appointment.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
