Job Overview
Valet attendants ensure customer vehicles are parked and delivered in a safe and timely manner. The Valet's responsibilities include ticketing, parking and returning cars carefully, ensuring payments valet are processed correctly, greeting guests, helping with other requests like directions or loading / unloading luggage, and properly identifying and accurately recording vehicle information and locations. A successful Valet Attendant must have the stamina to stand for extended periods of time while remaining vibrant and friendly, while also possessing excellent driving skills and good customer service skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Extend a genuine and friendly welcome to arriving guests
- Carefully and efficiently park, secure, and retrieve vehicles
- Respond helpfully to questions about the property, directions, and nearby happenings
- Graciously assist guests with issues arising out of the parking experience
- Provide excellent customer service
