Responsibilities :

Under the direction of the Executive Housekeeper Public Space, the incumbent assists in ensuring smooth and efficient public space operations and top quality guest service.

Essential Job Functions :

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Prepares work schedules and conducts employee evaluations. Assists in hiring and establishing training programs for personnel,
• Recommends adjustments to policies or guest room services to more effectively service the guest,
• Conducts detailed inspections to ensure adherence to departmental policies and to identify problems,
• Promotes positive public / employee relations at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) year college degree preferred. Minimum (1) year of housekeeping or custodial staff supervision experience or a combination of education and / or experience.
