IT OPS ANALYST II - MacOS / HRX

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst to provide technical support and assistance to our Seminole Hard Rock Support Services HRX team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a solid understanding of IT systems and applications. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling new user onboarding requests
• Creating hardrockexperience.com email
• Ordering and provisioning Mac or Windows laptop
• Setup email and tools on laptop
• Some Intune management of the MAC
• Work on autopilot and Intune BYOD profile for international team members
• HRX and SHRSS 2FA setup
• SHRSS VDI assignment
• Pushing access requests through
• Working with app teams to determine app security roles
• HRX white glove support on-call 24x7
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or similar combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, with a solid understanding of Windows and macOS.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues and familiarity with common IT tools and utilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Experience with Jira, Slack, Office 365, Okta, Entra, Azure and Exchange
• Solid understanding of System Security and Security best practices.
