- Distribution and Communication of Updates to NA/EU/Franchise
- Assisting with Executive Tastings and Execution of Executive Tastings
- MICROS Management with IT Team/ Menu Updates/ Etc.
- KDS Import and Timing with IT
- Management of Delivery Platforms (Ordermark/Nextbite)
- Assist with LTO Development and Execution
- Supplier/Partner Communication Support
- Menu Versioning/Pricing Tiers
- Menu Proofing & Creative Design Coordination
- Corporate/Franchise Inquiry Follow Ups
- Nutritional Database Project Upload and Maintenance
- Photoshoots for Menu Training Guides & Upload
- Prep and Print Recipe Maintenance and Upload
SGA
- Assisting with development of FFE & OS&E Per Concept
- Menu Proofing & Creative Design Coordination
- Brand Standards Playbook Per Concept
- Assist in Identifying Plateware/Glassware/Flatware for Concepts
- Organization and Maintenance of Brand Standards Room
- Conduct Executive Tastings Per Development
Support Services
